One of my biggest goals, is to offer Hope!
After coming back from life's cliff for the last time,
I figured I needed to learn how to live.
One of my biggest Ahas? Most of my beliefs held me back and in pain. Healing and re-writing these beliefs as loving, supportive and positive released the fear, to create my life on purpose.
Now I share insights and techniques I used to stay alive.
Lesson 1.
To change our world we live in, we need to change our inner world. What we focus on, our beliefs and actions towards creating a world we enjoy.
Lesson 2. Lasting, positive change is possible. By deep diving into our inner world, the space of our beliefs and stories we created to make sense of what happened/s to us. Yes, the biggest coping mechanism is a bunch or internalised rules and stories. The upside we can change both to create a more accurate world by choice.
Lesson 3. Transformation is possible. When we deep dive into our fears, stories, and beliefs. Exploring what we believe, what we think we can and cannot be, have or do. The lies that keep us small, in fear, or shame, or guilt or whatever the biggest emotion and stores that hold us back.
Lesson 4. Get clear and declare. What are the lies, limiting beliefs and stories you chose to heal and let go of? What is it you want create instead?

Psychology has shown how our life (filters) dictates how we feel, see ourselves, interpret the world and the quality of our relationships.
Our beliefs, vows, hurtful feelings and the meaning (power) we give to what happens us usually during childhood, transferred from your parents' genes can be a self fulling prophecy I am... therefore of course that would happen or things that happen later in life can change or reinforce beliefs because of the meaning we have or give to the situation.
Greater the negative impact and trauma greater the chance the child took on idea/s or belief/s of:
Our thoughts, actions and beliefs have the power to change our body's chemistry directly and indirectly.
Our mind/feelings have the power to changes body chemistry, eg. stress vs happy endorphins (and everything in between) but they also tell us what to eat, drink and medicate with, level and type of exercise, how we relate to others, behaviours and masks we hide behind. Interestingly, our environment in which we live, the amount of toxins, pollution, energy fields, genetics also have a big part in our body's ability to cope and how we live out life.
Negative, hurtful feelings, sense of unworthiness, low self esteem not only changes our body chemistry, but depresses our immune system, disrupts the hormones and often results in self harm/abuse by the choices we make. A vicious cycle.
