At this point, you have the foundation skills to make the shifts. You are practicing your forgiveness, and EFT. You are likely to be noticing changes in your world. Your work stress levels may have gone up, or down, hang in there, the internal work is essential to create strong foundations of change.
How if your self care going? What are you doing to show yourself you have your own back? Have you been been following through with your declared changes? It took me ages to honor my choices so if you are still struggling, keep practicing, be gentle on you and keep doing the forgiveness and tapping. The ultimate goal is to reach a point of accepting parts of you and what is going on and at times we can only see the next few minutes in front of us, let alone the finish goal. Just keep imagining how it could feel, the different way of being, what you have and who you are sharing it with. What positive, happy things are they saying, what smells and other images come to mind. If you take a walk around in your vision, what else shows up, what are you hearing, sensing, experiencing. Keep hold of this and when experiences are good, really learn into the vision. When things seem tough or testing your conviction to the end, bring up the vision and feel the good feelings and keep intensifying them.
Remember to add your insights and ahas into the group so others are inspired by your magic and you can help others to stay on the course.
