Hello there sacred one. Thank you and welcome. If you have come this far, you are on a journey of profound, and liberating proportions, if you are open to it. Consider it as one of your own personal quests that you may have read as a kid, or your children read where the young, often lost 'chosen' one (but not yet aware of this truth) embarks on a journey to another place only to be taken on a path of self discovery, provence, and conquer. Our life is very much like the hero journey we read in books, see in movies etc. It is upto us to accept the challenge and commit to the calling. You have done this and true honor is given to you.
You are entering a place of magic and self discovery, possibly in ways you never thought would be for you. You have committed to, simply by accepting the offer to at this point toe dip into another realm of possibility. You can turn back, but, you have already set wheels in motion for change. True, you may feel or believe you are ready for it, I know I didn't think so, but now, after starting and not being allowed of the path, I have come so far, it is my turn to help others to start their quest. The quest into self discovery, transformation and unrevealing of the layers that are keeping you small, and unsure. You have the power in you, it is about bringing it to the surface so it can do the magic with you.
I know, this sounds really mystical, but isn't all of life wonders. look at child making, how life just knows and creates. The same power is in all of us, it is time for us to step out of its way and enable, support, and facilitate its work through us so that we can continue to create an even more powerful ripple effect of change that will result in the most amazing transformations possible.
You have an entire support team for you to help you through. Each week for the time of the course you will receive the updates, be invited to live sessions or the recordings of them, and if you have booked for the VIP package of individual consultations get to work with me to make even bigger changes.
You have been called, and you have accepted the invitation to support change not only in your world, but those with whom you have contact with. As confronting as these thoughts might be, you have all you need. You have you, you will be given tools and techniques, trust your gut feeling and the teachers, support people and opportunities will turn up when you need them and in ways that will help you. I say all this in the mirror as much as to each of you. We need to practice our discernment and choose what is right for us in the now, and knowing we will circle around again until we believe we are ready or we have done enough transformation work or we are willing to take that leap of faith to make it happen. You have go this.
Reach out, connect, share with others in the facebook community who are there as a resource as well. Each are either new to the journey or a little more experienced to take courage to ask and have self compassion and don't expect yourself to have the answers.

Week one companion journal
How did you go last week? What insights or lessons have started to show up. What gentle, or possibly not so gentle shifts have started to occur.
Remember the saying "When the student is ready, the teacher appears!" it actually can extend to when a person commits to making a difference a new force that has been hiding dormant waiting ever so patiently for the moment that it is invited to make the shifts happen. Congratulate yourself, you are on a journey, one that is bound to take you on a multi layered, convoluted, revolutionary road towards your deepest wishes, whatever they are. I will warn you and put a clear disclaimer in now. What you focus on is what you make bigger. Just like the time when you held the magnifying glass over the dry leaf and made it catch fire. This program is designed to be the magnifying glass and it will bring forth change.
Don't feel you need to be perfect at this. Thankfully, there is no perfect in this type of work, the fact that you have opened yourself up to possibility has started the shifts, commiting to look at and consider the techniques amps it up that little bit more, by doing the work, the processes, activities and self care, it is like putting the pedal to the metal, the fire under the rocket and flying. Like inexperienced drivers, you are more than likely t fishtail or do donuts and make bit of smoke :) this is good!! Safer here than in a car.
It is all ok, you are testing the waters, so to speak and seeing how powerful this work is. The other really cool thing is that God, your subconscious, the Universe or what you relate to will only give you what you are able to work with. It may not feel like it at the time, but the scary bits are to show you that you are stronger than you think you are, smarter than you acknowledge and so very capable or being who you actually are - LOVE.
Just by showing up is a big step, so keep showing up in the facebook group, and if you haven't yet joined, be sure you do becuase there is a heap of others on a similar journey who have compassion, empathy, wisdom, support, encouragement etc and it is a safe place to say it as it is.

You are in the right place at the right time, even if it doesn't feel like it. This statement will makes sense in time. Keep showing up, keep asking, and sharing and keep being you.
Week 2 companion journal
Meditations is allowing the deep, often hidden memories to come to the surface. It isn't about stopping the thoughts that arise, it is about allowance, without judgement or attachment so they can pass into ether uninterrupted.
Guided meditations are useful to guide the subconscious into bring forward a theme of memories, images that can then be focused on to heal or anchor.
Believe it not, you meditate more often than you possibly realise. Each time you go into autopilot; notice your mind has 'wandered' off, drifting off to sleep they are all examples of meditations.
Daydreaming, dreaming prayer, focused concentration can also be used to create awareness of what is going on and what needs to be looked at in real life. It is about allowing and creating space for things to come up to be transformed, forgiven, and let go of.
This may all be new to you, that is ok. Show up and allow. Sense the feeling or buzz in your body or the images to be there and literally have a chat with you. Listen in to the video that helps to explain this process and allow the transformation to start. You may need a bit more help, and that is perfectly ok. Seek out help from those who can help you to transform the energetic attachment to the history
Week 3 companion journal
Congratulations, you have stayed in the circle. For many, this is a big achievement so well done.
How you feeling? What are your lessons and awakenings coming up to be looked at? What healing shifts have occurred or started, and what has the results been? Be sure to post these in the facebook group so we can all share your win, and support each other with experiences, similarities and hope.
I am enrolled with a group that inspired me to put this course together, and some of the biggest healings came from reading other participants lessons, insights, and wins as they would prompt me with the similarities, would help me feel normal and not so alone. The biggest help though was the constant reading of others wins and how they felt or the shifts that happened becuase of the transformation work they did on forgiving, tapping and self care. The more they did the work the quicker the shifts.
Admittedly, a small number of participants seemed to be going backwards, but that is the best bit because it means the loose crud is being washed away and the surface attachments are showing up asking for your clarification, commitment and what you want to do with what you have been living in/with for the last few weeks, months or years.
Just like when you start a new house on a new block of land, the surface material must be removed to expose the raw earth so accurate markings can be made for the foundations, services etc. Without a clean enough slate, the area can be contaminated with true roots, and other material that can rock the foundations down the track. Do the work, clear the path so you can go deeper when the time is right. Above all, go at your pace that works for you. The universe will speed it up on your behalf when it is safe to do so, but keep moving forward even if this means stepping away for a bit to take that long walk, the movie, the bath, hanging out with loved ones, friends etc. Do the nurture self care becuase you are developing new neural and emotional pathways and this takes a lot of energy. Be gentle with yourself and other around you who might be a bit bewildered by your evolution. xx
Week 4 companion journal
This week is fun, you get to play the what if game. The game of creation where you get to describe what it would be like IF. It actually has happened, in our multi-dimensional world, just not in your current reality. Doesn't mean it isn't there, but waiting for you to claim it as your own be letting go of the heavy chains and ties that are keeping you small and in the past hurts and limiting beliefs.
You have been shifting some really big things over the last month, and now you start to get to pull your desires closer. A word of advice and this is from experience, be careful what you wish for, and be really clear what it is you are asking for. Above all, remember what you focus on is what you put out and the universe and your subconscious matches this and sometimes in spades.
Ivory guidelines - be clear, with lots of descriptors. What it will look, feel, hear, smell like? Who is with you, what are you seeing and doing? What are you wearing, how old are you? What is your work, leisure etc. How is your work/career/business? Your health, wellness, each time you get a good report, a co-operative doctor and fantastic nurses etc how does it feel? What is the level of gratitude, the feelings this creates etc. I think you get the idea.
Make the description in the positive and in the now. Feel that it is happening right now, and your subconscious knows what it needs to work with your cells and what chemistry your body must become to match the vibration and the feelings you are feeling.
Warning, if you have a serious or life threatening illness, use this technique at every possible moment, and transform the heaving, limiting notions that come up. You may not 'heal' or put the condition into remission, but you might get close. At all times, your journey is yours, and it is between you and your God as the saying goes. The process helps to lighten the body so it is easier to heal though your time on earth is marked not by us, but by the agreements made with God. If this is not your belief work with what works for you. Go deep and ask for the knowing and rightness for your condition and allow transformation to occur.
Week 5 companion journal.
How are you feeling? Half way and you are doing swimmingly! You have more courage than you realise, and you accepted this opportunity to reclaim who and what you truly are.
I appreciate it can be really difficult at times to see our deepest selves, hidden under so many layers of living, thoughts, beliefs, unmet needs, expectations, hurts, etc., but you are there, your truest, deepest self is never changing. You, at your core is love, and light, and even if you can't see it easily, others can feel it.
No joke, it took me years to really feel love. I felt a version of it with my kids, i felt it in a different level with a lover, and it wasn't for another 10 years that I felt true, real love for me. You may have heard parts or all of my story, but it is just that a story told to help explain or justify what happened and why they happened. Is it true? Parts are I was born into a family of 4 other siblings older than me, parents who struggled emotionally, economically, socially and yet gave me the perfect foundation environment to become who I am today. Did I like it, or appreciate it for this at the time? NO WAY!!!! The story is pretty heavily laced with blame, anger, resentment, guilt, you name it pretty much all the heavy negative emotions where their and only become more ingrained when I married too young.
The rest of the story is another huge chapter, but let me give the short version. I was 'pushed' or so it felt to look at my stuff, why I was thinking and being in ways my then husband didn't like. It was actually the biggest blessing that he did, but it also brought everything up to a head and as I moved through the surface layers and deep lava bubbling away under them, my entire life and values were challenged. Let me say I am not the person I was 20 odd years ago. To be honest thank God, and him for being so relentless with what I saw as bullying. I had to learn a lot about myself, be brutally honest with myself and what I had created from inherited beliefs and pains and get really, really real!
3 life attempts later, divorce, losing contact with my children has enabled me to come closer to spirit and truth than if I had of stayed and bowed down to what was going on. Talk about clarity wow!!! My children are coming around again, now they are adults themselves, and I learnt painful truths, the power of forgiveness and letting go. I suppose I can put my hand up and say I have empathy for what you might be experiencing. Hang in there, you have committed to a fast track and it is understandable for things to be rocky, but you are doing a fantastic job to be here. Just hold onto the coattails of others in the group. Reach out to other professional healers that work with energy and ether work, the transformations happen so, so much faster that way.
Remember too to be diligent with your self care, it is now more than ever to show yourself love and compassion just as you would to a friend or loved one going through what you are feeling. The younger you is calling out for acknowledgement and love. She is likely to be behaving like a 2 year old or a young person who is feeling really unsettled and needs a hug, reassurance and someone to just hold them to calm them and to give reassurance. This is your responsibility your are the adult to this child, but ask for help to develop the skills and knowledge of how if you need help. You don't need to do it alone, the group is there for you, and there are many healers who are willing to support you through the really tough spots.
Week 6 companion journal
At this point, you have the foundation skills to make the shifts. You are practicing your forgiveness, and EFT. You are likely to be noticing changes in your world. Your work stress levels may have gone up, or down, hang in there, the internal work is essential to create strong foundations of change.
How if your self care going? What are you doing to show yourself you have your own back? Have you been been following through with your declared changes? It took me ages to honor my choices so if you are still struggling, keep practicing, be gentle on you and keep doing the forgiveness and tapping. The ultimate goal is to reach a point of accepting parts of you and what is going on and at times we can only see the next few minutes in front of us, let alone the finish goal. Just keep imagining how it could feel, the different way of being, what you have and who you are sharing it with. What positive, happy things are they saying, what smells and other images come to mind. If you take a walk around in your vision, what else shows up, what are you hearing, sensing, experiencing. Keep hold of this and when experiences are good, really learn into the vision. When things seem tough or testing your conviction to the end, bring up the vision and feel the good feelings and keep intensifying them.
Remember to add your insights and ahas into the group so others are inspired by your magic and you can help others to stay on the course.
Week 7 companion journal
Week 8, two months done, and you are doing amazingly!! Getting real isn't an easy journey, but an honest one. It calls for truth, guts, determination to pull the layers back gathering depth with time and repeated pushing. You are getting closer to the driving forces that have created your life to date, and why you are now choosing to be and think differently.
To date, you have taken the challenge to wash, tease, pull, tug, drag, dig, burrow, and every other way of moving through the layers to get to the core issue, the time and place that started the heavy attachment to a limiting belief.
Take stock and truly honor how far you are moving on the inside, the number and types of emotional triggers you have looked at forgiven to transform. You are doing extremely well. It may not feel like it, but it is happening, on the inside.
Week 8 companion journal
This week is all about affirmations. I think most of us aware of the Legacy Louise Hay left with her work on Affirmations. Affirmations are not anything new, that are statements which when said with conviction, emotion, and intensity prepares the way for what you are stating.
We have already worked through the power of forgiveness and transforming with EFT, now it is about implanting so very powerfully new beliefs and statements.
It is useful to put anchors with affirmations. Anchors are physical, emotional, mental triggers of what you are working towards. Things like passwords so each time you log into the computer, the bank, the phone etc, you need to type your goal in. Simple as it is, each time you feel the emotion, and you tip your affirmation statement the subconscious works out pretty quickly this is important to you. It will however first check to see how big the blocks are too, holding the affirming belief back or on hold until you have forgiven, and transformed enough of the ties holding the heavy beliefs in. Don't worry, we go into a lot more detail in the course work on this.
Keep seeing, feeling, acting in the way the future you will be, when your body catches up. Forgive all the triggers that come up, people, and situations that are testing your conviction to really have the updated version of who you are.
Week 9 companion journal
Week 10. A lot has come up for you to notice and transform. You are doing really, really well. Hang in there as you are making a huge difference in yourself, your family and your community. Remember the obvious changes may take some time to show up, but you are doing the inner work, and so, you are not the person you were 2.5 months ago.
