What we think about ourselves, really does influence all parts of our life,
​more so if you are not aware of what is going on.

leaves you exhausted, tired, frustrated, hurt, misunderstood, confused ​and at times downright angry!!
(or what ever explicit you want to use)


Our life, health and wellness is created by your beliefs, emotions, subconscious memories dictate your
  • food choices
  • lifestyle choices,
  • relationships, work, adventures 
  • & how you interpret situations. 
  • creates symptoms, diseases, and stress. 
Good news is, you can find these hidden beliefs and take charge of them, choosing to keep, transform or let go of the beliefs keeping you stuck, sick or in pain.

You might very well relate to Amy. Amy is 34, a great Mum with 2 children, she is responsible for keeping the house in order and supporting her partner's career.  Things have been going reasonably well in her life, but in the last few years feelings of overwhelm, frustration and questioning herself has increased.  After all, growing up she wanted a family and good money to have a great lifestyle. 

Amy knows she has let things get on top of her, but it is easier to say yes to people and things to keep peace, and besides, isn't that what "Good Mums" do?  So Amy has been pushing herself and keeping quiet (as possible) but feels there is a smouldering volcano inside that occasionally vents.  Not only does she surprise those who she 'vents' to, but Amy feels guilt, shame and even more frustration as nothing changes long enough to make life easier.  

Amy has read heaps of self - help books, knows what to do and is an avid student of yoga, meditation, affirmations etc.  She loves herself, but the gnawing feelings of "Not Enough" keep surfacing and thinks "If I just keep doing more, I will get it all done."  So Amy keeps doing lots of extra activities to feel like she is doing all that is possible.  Accepts more tasks at work, even though she isn't trained in it, agrees to be on another committee, gets up earlier and earlier to fit in all the 'things she should do' to stay fit and healthy. 

In the meantime, Amy's health is starting to suffer. Her fatigue and frustration is presenting with weight gain, hormonal imbalances, acne, indigestion, and to make things worse insomnia. She is also starts seeing parts of her parents that she 'swore' she would never do, which only triggers more fear and stress.  Amy is really starting to realise 'This is nothing like she expected her adult life to be' and KNOWS there has to be a different way of living, after all others seem to have it all. 

From experience, I'm going to guess Amy had a pretty good childhood, but somewhere along the way she took on the idea to feel better about myself after her parents had 'that fight', her friends went off and did their own things but didn't include her, or a boy in her teenage years dropped her because she didn't give enough. By this time, there would have been so many little and big messages that reinforced the message of 'Not Enough and a solution of 'I'll look out for other's needs and I might get some attention back.

A lot of what is driving your body imbalances is in the subconscious. Your thoughts drive your actions and choices, change your body chemistry and talks to the DNA to create your body and functions. 
Your thoughts, body symptoms and life experiences are begging you to address the trapped emotions, beliefs and memories ​that are playing out, not only in your body but in your family, your career, and friendships.

This program is for those who are:
  • wanting to commit to self care 
  • are open to exploring and releasing historic memories (under supervision) that come up for  transformation 
  • willing to allow positive affirmations of who you are and what you choose to become
  • willing to acknowledge transformation can be unsettling for a short time, while the body, mind, and spirit re-calibrate into a better state. Be gentle with yourself during this time. 
  • acknowledge there is no guarantee of change in specific areas of life, but you are likely to experience an increase in peace, contentment, knowing, and an easier way living. 

This program is not for those who 
  • want an overnight transformation, quick fix or similar
  • are not willing to look at their past with compassion or be honest about what is going on in your life now.
  • think their lot in life is because others' did this or that, and not willing to consider or take ownership how you co-created the current situations. 
  • are not open to other ways of thinking, being or doing. Example meditation, journalling, & visualisations
  • see medicine as the only way to health
  • are stuck in victim mode and not yet ready to pull back the layers of your life and what has made the now. 
When we transform our limiting beliefs, support our body to heal with self care, and allow ourselves to be the best we can be, our outer world must change.
  • Life becomes happier, easier and feel more at peace with the world.
  • We experience the brighter side of life as you choose
  • It is easier to create and attract the experiences you enjoy - friendships, careers, adventures, health, finances etc, as you choose them to be.  
  • Our body becomes healthier, stronger, and more alive. 
  • Health becomes more about what you can do, not what you weight, look like, or pounds you can life (unless you choose this as a pleasure)
When we transform the should, must, have to, always done, this =that (etc.) beliefs, we get rid of feeling: 
  • I'm not enough, good enough, pretty enough,
  • deserving to be punished,
  • left alone,
  • life isn't safe, or I'm not safe,
  • Intense emotions such as guilt, shame, anger, helplessness, sadness, broken-hearted, anxiety, depression etc, or
  • Memory, thoughts or concept that hold you hostage to thinking, feeling and being small, under par or unwell.  
Healing happens when
  • we forgive ourselves for not knowing better and taking on beliefs and ideas that are not ours;
  • forgive others, for they were only operating from what they knew at the time;
  • let go of the hold the past has had over us and create allowance for the past for what it is - the past and a stack of lessons!!
  • From this space, you get to CHOOSE what to create inline with your values You come home to yourself and create the space of peace, contentment, peace and joy.  Life becomes what you choose to make it, therefor on Your Terms.
