Transform your life from
​‘Overwhelm' to 'Owning it Baby'

It doesn't matter where in the adult life cycle you are, you have taken on & developed beliefs that are influencing every part of your life, a bit like the Gremlins from the 1980's hit movie. Create the right mix of triggers, and POW! things come out that have been hidden.  We are asked to take stock of our life, our relationships and consider if and how we can change things around.  

To make lasting change, in alignment with who you choose to be, your Limiting beliefs need to be explored, healed, transformed into positive powerful beliefs that guide you towards what your heart and soul desires. 

Limiting beliefs are designed to keep you safe from re-experiencing painful situations.  You created these beliefs when something unpleasant happened.
  • You saw or heard something;
  • were hurt, or yelled at;
  • or got the idea you had made something 'bad or painful happen';
  • It could have been a bad report from school, your teacher,
  • or you peers teasing you. 
  • The bully making fun of you,
Depending on your age at the time, you most likely didn't have a clue as to what was going on.  But, you did know you didn't like the feeling it created This lead you learning how to behave, think and talk to either get what you needed or to protect yourself.

It doesn't matter if you are single, a parent, partnered, employed or not, young, old, sick or fit, their entire purpose in your life is to create a safe and known space to live your life. Even if you don't actually like what is going on.  These beliefs don't understand there are other ways to think, feel or be, and so they keep running on auto-pilot until you have the courage to explore the why, how the belief was created and then choose to keep, throw or polish what is there.   This is the beginning of powerful change transformation. 


​From experience, at the core or the underlying issue is there is a deep limiting belief that play out.

"I'm not enough"

often, but only disguised as:
Apathy
Struggling Emotionally
Mental Health Issues
Fear
Pain and Dis-ease
Living an unbalanced Life 
'olisms, in all its forms
Perfectionism
OCD

Your life experiences are unique to you. Your beliefs dictate what is familiar to you, they work to keep you in 'the safe and familiar zone' created as a child.  Your beliefs are lived through your reality, so if you want to know what beliefs you hold, you only need to make an honest assessment of your life.  

It is your beliefs of what your normal should look, feel and be like which then dictates your thoughts, choices, habits, pleasure and pain and ultimately your physical, mental and emotional health. The running of your limiting beliefs keeps you stuck in your past, living your life on Auto-pilot, with at times very little conscious control.  


Life just doesn't seem to be working anymore and feels like the proverbial MIDLIFE CRISIS!!!!

  • ​Your body, in protest of being ignored, abused and not looked after, creates weird symptoms, gets sick,  ​tired and agitated. All to get our attention!

  • Health improves because you let go of the dis-ease and choose to look after the Golden Goose - You!
  • You learn the tools that keep healing, letting go of limiting beliefs and transforming heavy energy into lighter more loving ones, long after you have 'completed' the course.  ​

The greatest and most exciting part, is you see your true potential, you learn the tools to choose, create, heal and step into the most AMAZING EXPERIENCES choosing with awareness, empowerment and choice!!


You see, I’ve been where you are now. I know what its like to feel stuck and not knowing what the next step could be. 

Feeling confused by the things you do and feel. After all, you have 'everything you are meant to', don't you? 

The car, work, possibly kids, and partner or recently had one. 

Things have been ticking along, but you are just not settled.

There is a low grade anxiety and knowing something isn't quite right!! that sits in the pit of your stomach. 

You start questioning yourself
"Why can't I be happy, I have everything I need, don't I?

So why do I 
feel tired, stress, agitated and not able to get on with living or excited about life?"

There are a lot of potential reasons why you are feeling the way you are.  The most common triggers are are: 
  • Lifestyle - not sleeping well, drinking too much, eating poorly. ​
  • Stress
  • Eating foods that trigger reactions and change your mood; increase inflammation and pain, trigger unpleasant symptoms
  • Medication or diseases putting more stress on your mind and body.
  • Your symptoms don't seem to be getting better, or you are being told it is all in your head because your bloods come back normal. You know there is something not quite right, but also, can't put your finder on it either.
  • Relationships are becoming strained for a whole host of possible reasons, 
  • Overworked, not enough money, not enough of anything really
  • Work or study stress, and the people involved
  • Not enough support to make the bigger picture work and come together. 
  • Feeling you are sinking, drowning feeling because life and things are not working. ​
Take comfort that you are not alone, and there is hope.  ​

I know what it feels like to desperately want to feel normal, happy and content. Want to eat healthy foods without the struggle. To observe other families, relationships, health and wonder "Why do I feel this feeling so much overwhelm and emptiness?"  

I know what it is like to to sabotage my health because deep down I felt I didn’t really deserve a lot of things. I felt I needed to punish myself when I failed at marriage, business, relationships and then my health.  While I didn't truly 'fail', my life certainly showing up in ways I didn't really like or want!  Why? 

After lots of healing, self exploration and deep realisations, I must admit a lot of my self beliefs, hopes and expectations where really quite harmful.  These beliefs and expectations created the world I saw and how I interacted with the world.   It took my life to be totally turned upside down, pulled apart, turned inside out and I pretty much lost everything.  My sanity, my marriage, my family, my health was almost lost too; but I committed to learning about me, why and the tools to heal, let go, transform and come home to myself. To trust myself again, to live my life more on my terms and be ok with this.

The biggest help was the range of supportive therapists who guided and held space for me. 


 I don't want a similarly painful experience for you or anybody.

It hurts, it's hard to do alone, & almost impossible when the deep, core issues surface for healing.

Inflammation is the body's way of telling us things are not right!!

WHAT, what drives inflammation?

We know inflammation and the immune system is triggered when we have any or all of these weird, painful, inconvenient symptoms.
