Forgiveness and love are two of the most powerful forces in the Universe. Imagine what’s possible when you apply these forces to your health? Absolute magic and transformation.
Keeping emotions and memories under wraps takes a lot of energy out of you, it is draining, changes body chemistry and tricks us into sabotage behaviours that can make things worse.
Forgiveness, of self and others is the ultimate tool for releasing your current self from the past. Healing your emotions frees up energy, nutrients and life force; gives you the freedom to create the life you really want, heal to create a vibrant, alive happy life and the courage to face the adversity of what is going on.
There are many ways to do release the blocks, and if you have PTSD, or significant trauma, then is it highly advisable to seek professional help to let go of the deep wounds. NLP, Hypnosis, and Energy release work is highly recommended as it gets to the DNA of the emotions and heals at that level.
What you can do easily is EFT, Reframing and seeing the other person's hurt. After all, hurt people hurt others through their projection, and as a way of staying in control when they feel they are getting out of control.

Step 1 - Emotions and Memories
Make a list of 20-100 memories around self care, & health, particularly anything that still has an emotional charge of:
Be specific and list the actual incident, including who was involved.
For example they could be similar to:
- Anger
- Resentment
- Embarrassment
- Shame

- The day you sicked up inclass
- You went to hospital for anything or something in particular
- Watching others be sick or fight an illness
- Seeing your grandparents age and become frail
- Having to stay in bed for two weeks when I had exhausted myself with study and work.
- Food poisoning and being in pain.
- Getting needles or going to the dentist.
- Taking yucky medicine, even though it was going to help you get better.
- When you got sick or hurt while travelling.
Step 2 - Patterns
What stories and beliefs came from those memories?
For example:
Your patterns become your story, and your story becomes your reality.
For example:
- "I have to put other people's need before mine”
- “I wouldn't know what was wrong with me, I'm just a...”
- “It's easy to look after yourself if ........”
- “I'm Just getting older, that is it. Nothing I can do about that”
- “It's in the family, my ...... had it so I am bound to get it to”
- "Women don't look after themselves, we have to look after everyone else first."
- "This is what happens when ......" Listening to others' point of view of health & wellness
- Attitudes around different stages of development - toddler, child, teenager, young adult, parenting etc.
- Boys don't...../ girls don't......
Your patterns become your story, and your story becomes your reality.
Step 3 - Its time!
It’s time to release the old energy, resentment and stories around each memory, and allow yourself to experience the health that is your birthright. Your body wants to be strong, healthy and vibrant, it has an innate self preservation mechanism.
Once you have your memory list, go through each one and remember what it felt like.
Then say the forgiveness mantra;
I forgive you.
I’m sorry.
Thank you
I love you.
Cross out the memory and move onto the next one.

But...
- Don’t wait for a full moon or until you “feel like it”. You are enrolled in this course becuase the body is ready to shift these things.
- You don’t have to get naked or light candles (although you can if you want!)
- You don’t have to wait for the stars to align.
- You can forgive during Mercury Retrograde… or any time.
