They say....Fail to plan and you plan to fail. Personally, I don't subscribe to this belief, but I do use planning to prompt resistance emotions to surface so they can be acknowledged, addressed and transformed. Let me explain.
When we write things down, we allow our awareness to notice the feelings attached to the item we are writing down, or allocating time, resources etc into action. Awareness is the first step, then you have the opportunity to consciously act on the feeling, memory, action. This activity is designed to help you become more aware of the voices, resistance, limiting beliefs that are linked to your current regular activities, and the changes you desire to create. Be open and be amazed how much your past is holding you back.
