As with most things new, it can be a matter of now going, "Well, now what?" This is what I suggest you do... Get your head around the point there will be changes in your eating, and some of your habits. You know this on a level, otherwise you wouldn't have reached and committed. The first thing to do is to get clear about what you want out of this program. Each person will have a slightly different agenda, and that is ok. Every client I consult with in clinic is slight or dramatically different so this is something I am very familiar with. In the case with people with food intolerance and gut issues is this is the what I ask them to do, besides completing the form above. Your meals for a short period of time are going to be different, and if you have worked with me before, you will know that it takes time to adjust and get things in order. To help you, It is strongly suggested to start choosing foods only from the list of foods found in this download the Low Reactive Food List. The reason is, these foods have been shown to be the lowest of the most common food triggers. Something we really need to start with. Remember the sooner you get to baseline, the sooner you can start to liberate your eating and test the foods you really want to, or if need be learn a totally different way of eating. The other thing to remember is that I am only an email away. I almost live on my computer, because I enjoy writing, and designing. This means when my clients need help, I am able to respond reasonably quickly and definitely within a few hours at worst. Even when i am travelling back to the coast which is 14 hours, checking mail is a good reason to be sure I stop and get the 10 min rest between towns. Just let me know you need help, ok?
