EFT - Tapping your stress away

You may or may not of have come across the concept of Tapping, or EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. It is ok that you haven't, but you are in for  treat now.

EFT has been around for centuries and used in Asian Healing methodology. The techniques literally taps on Meridian lines to access deeply seated emotional issues and release them from their hold on the body.  I will admit I was skeptical at first too, until, I read the research, attended a training session with a world leading practitioner and used it myself more often.  The results were impressive.  Reduced anxiety, stress, replaced with ease, contentment and a general  clearing of blocks that had been holding me back.  The other, better part for myself really was how synchronicity improved and  a lot more 'good' stuff was happening.  I am now convinced this and a few other techniques I have been using has made a huge impact on my sense of wellness, eased up a lot of my everyday issues, resistances etc.  While it may not be for everyone, or all situations, it certainly can be powerful in releasing quite a few layers at a time, freeing up energy, reducing anxiety, or resistance for instance and there for allowing things to flow much easier.
Curious, I certainly hope so.  Download the instruction sheet to get started,
