Knowing where you are, and where you would like to be in the various parts of your life is invaluable. As the saying goes Awareness is the First Step. Without awareness, we really don't know what, or why we might like to consider anything different. We become complacent, lazy and stagnant and we wonder why life can be quite boring.
This exercise starts you to think where you are and which parts of your life you might like to change. Have fun, and be sure to be gentle with yourself. If you have been asleep for a while, we have all done it and may well do so again in the future. :)
