The change over of the financial year is here, and as with many significant dates, a great time to reflect.   6 months from your New Year's Resolutions too, how have you fared? As you think back over the past 6 months, and consider what has happened, or not, focus a bit more on what has happened and your responses to them.

If you haven't achieved as much as you would like, consider the reasons why.  There is no wrong, only awareness, from which you can make different choices.
  • On reflection, were you picking up other people's emotions and therefore possibly not fully own your own and not protecting yourself with love and self care?
  • Does food trigger your mood, emotions, aches, pains, anxiety & depression that you are not aware off? Many are not aware if the foods they eat trigger reactions, because the eat the same foods as for ever and haven't tested the common triggers and see if they are yours too.
  • Your expectations. The gap between what we expect, hope, plan for and the reality of what is created is what creates stress, a perfect time to practice self care.
  • Not putting your needs and values in front and centre. Remember, self-care is not a dirty word, but essential to look at our patterns, trigger points, the emotions we feel in situations and how you make a stand to heal the past so you can step into the future. What is it you really want to be, have, do and create? In you thinking, feeling, being, having and doing?

Feeling a bit stuck, or not moving forward as quickly as you would like, then consider deep diving into your limiting beliefs with our Transformation Session, or our most comprehensive RecaimME! Program.  9 core issues, 12 weeks!
