This statement became famous by Stephen Covey back in the 80's, but its truth is still relevant. 

When we have an idea of what we would like to be, have, and do, our life experiences alignment with the ideal. Yes, the evolution of becoming can be challenging, rocky, uncertain, and at times mystifying, yet this is the joy of the journey. 

This short course is designed to kick start your imagination - to remind you how far you have come, and spark ideas for what you would like to be, do, have experience in the future. 

Why? Because all things start with imagination.  A thought, feeling or realisation in your mind's eye or deeper - your soul.  Maybe your Soul is calling you from its deep core to become more of who you really are - Love.  

The feelings created during the activities do go out into the Universe and what aligns with them are attracted easier to you.  The bigger, stronger, more consistent the feelings easier it is for the Universe to move things out of the way to bring the two parts together - Your side and the experiences you choose to create.  

The caveat of this is... if you feel the fear, the uncertainty, disbelief etc that it isn't for you, then you will also attract more of these too.  What you focus on, you get more of.  It is a simple and profound Universal Law.  

This short course is to help you kickstart the clarity and change process.  While there are a few healing processes introduced, the deep work, the processes that deep dive into the subconscious through out your time line are part of the bigger programs.  Yes, this program is a sampler and teaser for the more powerful ones. 

After you have signed up, you will over the five days receive an email with that day's awareness and action activity. Some of the emails will have a link back to a blog post or a healing process you can do shift the heavier emotions and feelings out of your system. 

What are you signing up for? This is simple:
  • Wins and gratitude - When we focus on the good stuff, we have access to more.  Science has researched the Gratitude factor and showed that when participants wrote 5 things they were grateful for each day for a month they felt better, and their life started to change for the better.

  • Silver linings -  Even the storms bring good, even if it takes a while for the storm impacted areas show the fruits of the rain, the new topsoil and pruning storms bring.  The same with us.  Every challenge does bring growth, sometimes we need to dig deeper to see the good and growth happening as a result.  It will be there, or it is still sprouting through.  Linked with gratitude, and again, the power of focus and your world continues to change. 

  • Wheel of Life - Let's start the clarity of where you are in life.  As you walk through each life domain, you are asking yourself how 'happy' or 'satisfied' you are in each of them.  When we are honest with ourselves, we can be honest with others and create a game plan to create more of what we truly choose to have in our life.   This activity is not about material things, but the feelings associated the parts of your life - Relationships - personal and friendships, Career, Study/growth, Health and Fitness, Wealth etc.  

  • Who do you choose to be? -  It is our character that shows up as our personal truth. When we know ourselves, we make way to live authentically.  Authenticity gives way to peace, contentment, and deeper connections.  We are real, living from our values and what is really important to ourselves. 

  • Barriers to change -  as we make changes, soon follows the challenges that change triggers.  These often sabotage our growth and movement towards what we would rather be, do and have and it is these parts that need self-compassion, forgiveness and be heard from a loving place. Do this, and barrier, sabotages, rules, conflicts etc become less and life does get easier.  This is the biggest silver linings of the change process, but, the change still needs to happen on the innermost parts of that are holding you hostage in the past.  Lies about your ability, smarts, lovability, sense of self worth etc.  Seeing the lies for what they are - someone's projected pains you took on because you were too young, naïve and innocent to see the lie for what it was.  These are not yours, and so you can change them.

  • What's next  - the opportunity to describe in detail what you life is becoming over the next whatever time frame.  By writing out who you want to be (character), what it feels like to be doing the things you choose to experience (have) and anchor with as much sensory detail as possible you send out a very powerful message to the Universe.  Yes, challenges will happen along the way, but this is merely the parts not in alignment with your truth being shuffled out of the way.  

Your Life, Your Truth, Your Choices.

The outcomes of starting the journey process potentially are profound -
  • Learn more about yourself and what you really want to be doing, experience and with whom.
  • Clarity and creating your North Star of what and why 
  • Shaking up and unshackling from what is not working so more of what you do want has space and energy to be created. 
  • Develop a stronger and healthier self belief, self love, and self compassion, in turn to share with others along your journey.  Do this, and life becomes happier, relaxed and content with healthier connections.
  • Create boundaries - energetic and mental boundaries as you evolve.  People respond to your vibe.  Some will flock to you, and others will not be attracted. 

You too will be able to say
"I create my life on My Terms!"

Sabotages - Friend of Foe?

Sabotages are by definition things that we do that either stop, slow or damage our progress.  When we apply this to our life, sabotages can have serious consequences. 

The things we end up doing can include, but not limit to  
  • put us in physical or emotional danger, 
  • stop us from reaching our goals, even if we really want them, 
  • create some crazy mind game obstacles we need to push through, jump over, maneuver around not only wasting time and energy, but tests our commitment and belief.
  • test relationships, 
  • undermine our self esteem, challenge our self worth, question our commitment to a future self we dream of but have no idea how to create. 




We really can feel we are drowning, unheard and unseen in our own pain, choices, and fear.

You might be familiar with some of these actions?
  • procrastination
  • not believing in ourselves - imposter syndrome
  • unhealthy/unsupportive habits - drinking, lack of sleep, poor dietary habits
  • Not taking prescribed and supportive supplements
  • quitting too soon 
  • putting others first, before your needs, including poor boundaries
  • lack of self care
  • not being honest with yourself 
  • take on too many activities and distractions
Naturally, you may use one or more of these actions to sabotage your progress. Take heart, you are not alone, but, they are not doing you any favors.  
But why do we have them?  I think this is one of the most frustrating part of sabotages - we are not consciously aware of them, why we use them so quickly and how to even shift them, for GOOD!
These are the very things we are going to explore in the

Sabotage - Friend of Foe Challenge. 
We will look at Sabotages through the lenses of 
  • Curiosity. Not only did it kill the (sabotage cat), but asks you to step up. 
  • Awareness is always the first step-  what shapes, sizes and why do they show up in your life
  • Understanding and so you develop self compassion - why do we have them and how we can use them to our advantage
  • Healing, letting go and transforming -  work through the core reasons why you developed the sabotages in the first place and see your life blossom.  

The world always was and still is your oyster.  Imagine how many pearls you can now gather up after you have removed the shell, the muck and barriers that have been consistently irritating you.  Not only is your world your oyster, but you can now harvest the riches you have been hiding away.

  • want to Reclaim parts of yourself that have been hiding and scared for all these years
