Like most good things, there needs to be a plan of getting you from where you are, to where you want to go. In the case of food related issues, it is about embracing your who being, and supporting the body, and mind through the change, and allowing spirit - your knowing self to guide you, with help.
Food intolerance is such an insidious thing. There are so many crossing over of symptoms with other conditions, and I think it is because in so many conditions, food intolerance is a major contributing factor.
If we continue to eat foods or put substances into our body, that fire off the immune, neural pathways and disrupt the hormones etc, then we are going to eventually be diagnosed with a syndrome or disease. In the mean time, vague and weird symptoms and very little pathology is often all we have to work with, and so need to go through the process of trial and see. There is always an emotional and stress response attached the process which needs to be managed.
